  1. What did the house need?

The rooms in this older Clintonville colonial needed real prep. There were cracks in the walls and ceilings, and most of the work happened before any paint went on: sanding, caulking, patching and priming.

  2. How was it finished?

Everything was finished in white, in three sheens: flat on the ceilings, low-sheen on the walls and semi-gloss on the trim. The crew finished by cleaning the floors and baseboards.
