House painting in Bexley

Bexley is where we are based, and most of our posted jobs are here. The city was incorporated in 1908 and much of its housing went up in the 1920s: brick Colonials, Tudor Revivals, bungalows and Foursquares. Houses that age often still have their original plaster, wood trim and staircases.

That shapes the work. We have done a lot of plaster repair here, from decorative foyer ceilings to water-damaged hallways, plus stairwells, garages, entry doors at St. Catharine Church and a home on the 2024 Bexley House and Garden Tour. Bexley is also an accredited arboretum, so many lots sit under big trees, which matters for exterior painting and prep.

Exterior changes in Bexley go before the city's Architectural Review Board, so it is worth checking whether your project needs review before picking new exterior colors. Getting ready to sell? Listing Prep takes bold rooms neutral before the photos.
